Deepfield Runners
Somebody has to stay with the ship.
Four-player deep-space salvage where one crew member must always remain aboard, watching instruments they cannot fully explain.
About the game
Deepfield Runners splits its crew: three go out into the wreck, one stays behind with a console full of readings and no direct view of what the others are doing. The console operator can see hazards the away team cannot and cannot see the hazards the away team is standing in. Voice is not required — the ship provides a pinging system that carries surprising nuance — but crews that talk finish contracts about twice as fast.
